HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify any of the items purchased.

If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at orders@drinkmagicoats.com and we will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ORDER I RECEIVED IS LOST OR DAMGED?

Magic Oats is NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Magic Oats is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day full refund if you are not satisfied with our product (not including shipping costs). Simply let us know by emailing us at hello@drinkmagicoats.com and we will provide you with what steps to take.
