INGREDIENTS

Vanilla Coco Ice Cream 🍨


Brownie Dough 🍫

  • 2 1/4 C Whole Walnuts

  • 1/2 C Cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 C Dates (packed and soaked)



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Process walnuts, soaked dates and cocoa powder until a dough forms.

  2. Form cookie shape out of dough and freeze in the meantime

  3. Blend all ice cream ingredients together until smooth.

  4. Pour into mason jar lids and freeze for 2-3 hours.

  5. Pop the ice cream out of lids and use 2 per sandwich. Add cocoa nibs to edges.

  6. Wrap in wax paper and freeze for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
